Lidia Duda (1958). Polish director and scriptwriter,makes reportage, films and documentary series. She obtained a degree in Culture Studies from Wrocław University. She has made many films broadcast by the Polish television and directed and written scripts to a number of important documents including Tu wódka jest Bogiem, a wiara nałogiem (2001), Nie zgadzam się na świat, w którym żyją moi bohaterowie (2002), U nas w Pietraszach (2002), Hercules (2004), and documentary series such as Tylko tato and Młode rekiny. Her films have won many festival awards.
